#OnTheTable2016 - Autism, Innovation, and Opportunity: Reframing the Conversation Around Autism

On the Table is an annual event sponsored by the Chicago Community Trust designed to bring together thousands of Chicago-area residents in small groups to share a meal and discuss the challenges and opportunities impacting our community. The goal of these conversations is to inspire new ways to work together to make Chicago stronger, safer and more dynamic.

On May 10, 2016, Iris Krieg & Associates hosted an “On the Table” event to help reframe the conversation around autism. As funders, we understand our role in elevating civic conversation to help make our communities stronger. Participants in IKA’s On The Table included staff members from AARTS Center at Rush, Islands of Brilliance, Apsiritech, Infiniteach, and Bright Promises Foundation.
